Pranayama (control of the vital energy) is another highly effective aid to enjoying the profound states of sadhana (spiritual practice). Through pranayama, the practitioner enters realms of subtlety, beauty, and stillness that take their practice to another level of happiness.

Ideational pranayama (with focus points and idea) is very different from the common pranayama taught in thousands of yoga schools around the world. Because its effects are not merely physical but psychic and spiritual.
